When entering my turbotax deluxe license code, in a second accout, in order to download turbotax onto a second computer to file a second tax return, intuit'sJan 18, 2022 · Signed in to our account. Entered License Cod. Hit "Get Download". Nothing happened. Gave up. Tried again today. Came back saying the license code has already been associated with my account and I should check that account and look for downloads. Nothing doing. Have used TurboTax for years (CD version) and no problems. New computer has no CD drive. If my license is associated with some other account, it seems to be one linked to an old, now nonexistent, email. While I could enter TurboTax through an account linked to my current email (I have used the online ItsDeductible for many years), the InstallTurboTax seemed to recognize my name, but generated the message above.

I did try to download TurboTax from the 1st account that downloaded it first but still I had the same message "This license code has already been associated with an account. Expert does your taxes. The solution was to send me a separate license for the Mac version of Turbo Tax. I was able to download the Mac version using that code, and the Mac version is now Mar 18, 2020 · Expert Alumni.
